I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were fine, but a bit small and could use more counter space, though they were clean. The location was great, but a little noisy due to street traffic. I woke up to some noise coming from the housekeeping store room just opposite my room, which was a bit annoying. The room itself was pretty nice, though. It's been renovated and the beds are super comfy. I had all the essentials like a fridge, coffee maker, and a large TV. The thin curtains didn't do much to block out the noise, though.
The hotel rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet with great coffee-making supplies; however, they could have offered more space and exercise tools. The service was subpar with incidents of theft and rude behavior. The location was superb for exploring the area on foot, but there were issues with temperature regulation. The dining experience was well-prepared but lacking in operation of bathroom fans. Overall, the hotel facilities were decent.
The hotel provided a clean and nicely decorated room, although it was a bit small due to the lift shaft, and sometimes noisy and very hot even with the air conditioning on. Despite these drawbacks, the room itself was a decent size with plenty of available towels and a nice big TV.

The hotel offers generously restocked Seattle coffee each day and has undergone extensive renovations, paying attention to details such as a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel had everything we needed and was a great place to head back to and relax after exploring Vancouver. The rooms above the first floor were lovely, bright, clean, with a king bed that was extremely comfy. The staff, including Judy, a polite and helpful Asian Lady at registration, were always so nice and helpful. The location was fabulous with a 1/2 block to the sea wall. The dining experience at the Red Umbrella was lovely with a wide choice. The facilities were top-notch, offering a $15 voucher for not needing housekeeping, making it excellent dollar value.
The hotel is ideally located right across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, Stanley Park, and shopping on Robson St The rooms are very spacious with 2 very comfortable double beds and a large flat screen TV. The service was very apologetic and accommodating. The dining options were disappointing as the breakfast selection was limited. Overall, a good value for the money.
